Step 3: Arrange a convenient collection time

Our highly flexible collection times mean we can remove your rubbish at a time that’s suitable for you. Once you are happy with our quote, you can book a collection between 7 a.m. and 11.30 p.m., seven days a week, including bank holidays. If your need is an urgent one, we even offer a same-day clearance service and can often be on our way in just a couple of hours. For added convenience, we will also provide you with a one-hour arrival window, so that you are not left waiting around for us.

Step 4: Collection and disposal

Our fully trained collection team will arrive at your premises within our arrival window at the date and time agreed. They will be fully equipped, have the correct vehicle for the job and will remove your rubbish, including any hazardous waste, safely, ensuring there is no injury or damage. Work will take place as quickly as safety allows and we will try to cause the least disruption to your day as possible. On completion of the clearance, our team will sweep and tidy up after themselves before leaving. If you are a business customer, you will also be supplied with a waste transfer note.

For your safety, all our employees have undergone DBS background checks and will have company ID badges with them on arrival. They will also be driving our branded vehicles and wearing company uniforms.

Once we leave your property, we will take the rubbish for disposal. Waste Removal London is Environment Agency registered, fully licenced and proud of the work we do to keep London clean and safe.
